My question to you would be this: apart from word of mouth stemming from a great product, what other method would you suggest a young company to adopt to grow to 10,000 customers. Inbound is getting too noisy and outbound has low reply rates.

Second question: what contributes to big success of a software where lot of other companies launch equally good me-too softwares quickly? Is it distribution? Or integration? Or pricing?
