I have worked with a handful of remote teams and it definitely is a plus to work with others who have the conditioned mindset to be productivity outside of an office setting. Do you guys have any openings for UI designers now or in the near future? Would love to apply.

Thanks for sharing, Alex. I also believe it is very important to consider remote work abilities when hiring the person with the right fit. It may come as a shock, but people sometimes discover that they themselves don't want to work remotely if they've never tried it before.

I just read this week that remote working is on a downswing, after some organizations have discovered they can't quite collaborate as well. I'm sure it's difficult to go from all on-site to all off-site, but others (like Groove I'm sure) have figured out how to make it work. For organizations that began as all-remote, it would be hard to move to on-site!
