Thanks Alex for the post! Great stuff. I have been looking for a coach for some time. Some great things have come out of my search. I am now part of a local group of "founders" all of whom are trying to break down the same walls as I. This is great but hasn't led me to that coach.

The tough part about finding a good business coach is knowing first where to look, second assessing if that person is "for real" and third knowing how they get compensated. So I ask you, how did you find Kris? How did you know Kris was for real? Can you share the compensation structure?

I apologize if you have written a post about this already and if so please point me there. Thank you for sharing all of your stories. I read pretty much every one of them! Andy

Hey Alex, thank you for this insightful post! You talked about how meeting in person was an important part of the leadership retreat. I have always used you and your company as an example for how "remote" work and "work form home" concept works if managed right. However reading through your post today, has this in-person planning experience changed your take on being remote and whether being remote is still a good fit even as you expand and grow the team and need to make sure everybody is super focused on 2 goals? Can you not get a lot of benefit from repeating this experience every day if you have your team all in one physical place everyday?

Another great post Alex! Out of curiosity, what types of goals are you setting for each 90 day iteration, and for 1 and 3 years out. Financial? Project/feature driven? Customer acquisition?

Thanks!
