					<description><![CDATA[I am working on a blog post of my own right now on how some companies (you guys and Mail Chimp in particular) create products that I want to succeed.  


Right now we only have one single Groove account, but I look forward to adding more as we become more successful, because I feel like Groove actually cares about me succeeding. Groove isn&#039;t the cheapest solution out there, but I am okay with that because I feel like in some small way I am contributing to your success.


I would LOVE to spend more money with you guys, which is very different than other HelpDesk solutions I&#039;ve used in the past.  Not only did you guys keep warming me through the entire sales cycle, because of the &quot;tone&quot; that you use, I feel like you actually care.


The fact that you guys respond to support requests as people, and not as machines is a big help, and the fact that you respond to people&#039;s comments on your blog is a big piece.


Keep on being awesome, and I&#039;ll keep on referring people to Groove.]]></description>

Even if they had, they probably would not have raised issue with it at all.

I think it could be a great option to let it be option (such as a plug in often is) but you have to consider that when given the option, more people are likely to click to have it removed just because it is there and they are more able to make it &quot;theirs&quot;. However, when it just exists in that small spot and there is no option to remove it, they are probably less likely to raise issue and just accept it. When given the option for a product I pay for, I always have it removed vs. when it is offered for free I feel more obligated to keep it because they are giving me something without my contributing a fee.
