I have a question if you don’t mind. When Groove was founded were there many other help desk softwares? I feel as if multiple help desk softwares must have been created since the early .com boom. If I’m right and there were a lot of established competitors in the space, how did you justify creating another one and hoping to gain enough market share? Needless to say you’ve done a great job..
