This post makes me want to support you. You are most definitely doing something right! I think you are just 100% genuine and approachable and that’s sometimes missing in the online world.
I’m working for a startup based in Wroclaw, Poland and we’ve had the talk about whether we should hide our location. In the end, we decided not too and I’ve met few people (customers or newsletter subscribers) who have Polish roots and just felt closer to us because we were based in Poland.

I think a lot of entrepreneurs feel lonely and are looking to connect with the little guys. There’s just something magical about supporting a business ran by genuine people who really work hard to create good products.
