Hai Alex,

Very informative post. Thank you so much for the enlightenment.

However, I wonder, how do you decide the timing of the emails?
For example, after sign up to the blog, you directly send the email in the next day. But the third email arrives in day-5. The fourth email arrives in day-9.

I'd really appreciate your answer. Thanks in advance.

Another fantastic post! Thanks for sharing great info, Alex :). I'm curious - on your blog subscriber emails, how did you determine the best days to send those out (i.e. day 5, day 9, day 12, etc.)?

Super awesome post :) thx for the info.

I really wander how come you don't have a link to groove's dashboard at the end of your articles. Is it deliberate?

A fantastic post, one of the best on drip campaigns after I read a Zapier guide on drip, a few weeks back. A couple of quick questions, Alex:
- Do you use your customer support metrics to identify the top/key pain points of customers and then tailor a campaign for that segment? For instance, if a higher chunk of customers are struggling with A, B or C, so you plan target a drip for them?
- Who really plans these emails content at Groove? A content marketer, or a customer support lead, or who else?

One of my favourite Alex posts in a while. Question: I sometimes have people sign up for the blog AFTER they're a customer. They'll send me an email saying "Why are you upselling me on your product, I'm already a customer!"

Do you have some fancy tool that segments them out of the product sell if they're already a customer?

That was weird. I was reading the post, thinking "this is another good post from Alex. Very helpful stuff." Then as I went through the blog onboarding emails (which I must have seen a year ago when I originally subscribed), I read the pitch and wanted to try Groove for my business. Now I am setting up a trial account. How did this happen?

Hey Alex,

Really fantastic stuff here. I notice there aren't too many days
in between each email. I was "told" not to email too frequently, but
seeing what you've written here makes me rethink that.

Also,
I like the fact that you shared two sets of posts with readers. One
with your own posts, the next with guest posts. I almost never promote
those to my list. I have to change that.

I guess when it comes to emails, it's a constant tweak that you have to do to see what truly works. Thanks for crafting this gem.

Have a great week.
