Hey Alex,

How do you manage your time? Do you open gazillion tabs on chrome? Do you encourage multitasking or avoid it?

Didn’t mean to ask so many questions in one but I think it all comes down to the same topic, time management and productivity. You’re probably very busy all the time and yet you have time to surf, how do you do it!?

Hello Alex! I would like to ask you how you implement Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning practices in your company. I believe you’ve mentioned several times that you have certain processes to “back up” key employees in case they decide to leave. Alex, I agree with your vote for content/inbound marketing for more expensive products. In fact, I think it makes it doubly important as more expensive products often have longer lead times and you have to keep your prospects close as they make that decision. Creating really useful content demonstrates your authority in their world and strengthens that gut feeling that you’re the company that offers the solution to their problems.
