This is really an insightful content! Particularly like Neil Patel's part on being brutally honest with ourselves. So much tasks can be done in 3 hours and most use such timing to watch TV or scrolling through social media. Takes a lot of discipline and drive to do that, thanks for waking us up! On a side note, i found this online publication quite interesting, go check it out! It releases content at least once a week, aimed specifically at business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Thanks Alex for the thought-provoking article. Time management has always been the biggest challenge for an entrepreneur. There is simply so much to do anytime.
I have personally experienced using a simple to-do list app religiously and prioritizing tasks efficiently working wonders for me.

I tend to agree with Justin - I was surprised that no one really highlighted the benefits of recovery (other than Kate and energy management). Entrepreneurship is an all-out war, and if you're not resting and nourishing yourself regularly, you will burn out. Fast. Without proper recovery, you'll keep running on adrenaline and cortisol... which makes you even more inefficient and scatterbrained (and cranky with your employees). I've always been able to get more critical tasks done in 6 energized hours than 15 exhausted hours.

I think some of these tips fail to highlight the reality that you can get burnt out really easily if you're not taking care of yourself. For instance, "just wake up at 5am" may work for you but it needs to be paired with "go to bed on time and get enough sleep, take care of your health".
