For almost a decade I have shown empathy and kindness toward everyone that I come into contact with. This has transformed my life and made a lot of people a bit happier. This includes everyone from bad drivers (no more road rage) to vendors that I contracted with (fewer missed deadlines). I also appreciated your suggestions for motivating different types of people. Good communication is always better than being an asshole.
