Tons of positives to using this approach to evaluating options - level sets everyone on what you&#039;re facing, allows for side by side comparison of pros/cons, helps exploration of previously un-realized options, and ultimately is a very successful way to get a lot of team members &amp; stakeholders &#039;on board&#039; once the decision has been made. I&#039;ve used this approach multiple times as an architect, team leader, and manager. Thanks for sharing.]]></description>
