We will definitely look into your approach Alex as we are about to launch in Private Beta after almost 3 years of development (I didn’t want to go for a MVP but that’s another story) we are also working on our website where we decided to include a comparison table (see mock up) so visitors can see how we stack up against Comparable (future) competitors, In addition we will offer users of these competitors a special deal, they get our system for Free matching the time they prepaid with these competitors as they offer mainly annual billing. Hey Alex, This made me think of what Adobe did to poach old Final Cut users over to Premiere Pro, when Apple made the announcement about their new versions of iMovie Pro, I mean FCP. And, they pounced and offered discounts for current users who swapped. I wonder if you’ve ever considered that sort of behaviour too?
