I know what I want wen I enter your store, trust me I’ve done my research before hand I don’t what your extended warranty, or whatever add-on or extra piece crap that you&#039;re trying to push, me into buying. If I wanted fries with that I would have fucking asked.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I hate it when I ask to speak to a manager and I am told there isn&#039;t one around. I never believe them, I feel like they don&#039;t want me to speak to a manager. Also when they then say a manager will call me back and of course nothing happens.  I have never asked for a manager to complain about the service the representative is giving me, it usually process related feedback etc. So there is no reason not to hand me off to a manager.]]></description>
