Hi Alex .

I must say , your blog is a priceless information. I found a lot of brilliant ideas how to expand already existing startup product. It gives me much more structure way and methodology and that is great but I still have no my startup :-).

I would like to ask you is there similar methodology for "Startup Ideas".

I feel like hit the wall to find the idea without success. I am from technical background ( big data and machine learning ) and It took me time to start thinking business - find that customer needs and resolve customer problem (not just to bring the technology) , but I still don't know what steps or direction should I go.

Please advise.

Thanks
Oleg.

I have a burning question about what to do when large agencies pay for only one login, even though they have 30 people using that one login. We basically charge an upfront cost, and then a small additional cost per login. And there's a reason for that... servers, support tickets, account management, etc. And by not paying that additional cost per seat, these larger (very well funded) companies, are running us rampant.

When we've asked these companies about their extremely heavy usage (from all over the world at the same time), they simply say, "No, we're fine with the number of seats we have now, we only have the one person using it."

I don't want to get bad reviews... so we've been letting it slide. We might need to change our business model a little. I'm not really sure. But I'd love to know if this is a common problem and if you've dealt with it in some way that has worked well. :)

**I'm not sure if this is the right place to comment about the Friday FAQs. :) Love your blog, btw!

I'm just launching a SaaS company and I have lots of IT, IT management and customer service experience but very little knowledge in any other area(maybe a little bit of marketing from reading so much about it). I have made up my mind about hiring accounting services. Which other activities would you recommend filling up with external services? I'm bootstrapping the business, so I really need to be efficient with my resources in the first few months(hopefully).
