					<description><![CDATA[Sometimes there are customers from hell. They expect too much, demand too much, would not hesitate from suing your company.

As an exercise in empathy, I&#039;d like to know if there was any research about them:

- How are they made (Parents who believe they are entitled? Abusing parents? Having been victims of discrimination several years ago?).

- What different types of customers from hell are there?

- Are there effective ways for dealing with each type of customers from hell?

- Anything else interesting from the psychological profiles of customers from hell?]]></description>
