One thing I’ve found important is that I believe meetings should have actions items, things that should be taken from the meeting. Our challenge is that we have three teams across the world (US, UK and AUS) so meeting as a group is tough. We also do them fortnightly. Any suggestions on the differences in handling international meetings? Appreciate the community here.
