We also have a Slack group for positive things about our service and product (MailerLite).

15Five is a big thing in our company. The app helps us know more about personal successes. Our team members are happy to have a space to write about their ups (and downs). You can give hi5 for a team member that supported/motivated you during a week. It's an easy and fun way to show attention to other members.

Good stuff, Alex. It's a challenge I face as well - I manage about 50 staff around the world who guided mountain bike trips for my company (Sacred Rides).

Couple of things we've started doing recently: 1) I've started a monthly newsletter where I share all of our successes, failures, challenges, etc. 2) We started an internal Facebook group, and it's become quite active, and a great place for all of these people who have never met each other to get to know each other a little more.

It's difficult to pull off, but I really want to try and have an all-staff retreat in 2016, which I think will be crucial to taking the company culture to that next step.
