Hey Alex! Your the man. Thanks so much for the informative post. I have a few questions. What has been the best method of finding your researchers and virtual assistants? I am assuming Freelancer, etc... And how do you find quality QA testers? Please DM me if you have any available company or individual recommendations.

I am wondering if you have any tips on how to target your competition customers. Our team is nearly complete with our minimal viable product in a market with a couple of competitors that have an established customer base. I believe our product has some advantages over the competition but just looking for ideas on how to get that information in front of the competition customers.

Great post as always Alex. I have a question for you please. What steps have you taken to protect your software IPR? I have read in a few places that you should separate the ownership of the software IPR from the trading entity to protect it in the event of legal action or other event that may result in needing to shut down the company. This seems like a major complication so want to ask how you have gone about protecting yourself in this area? Thanks!

Thanks for answering that Alex! I remember asking this week ago, and when I got your newsletter in my inbox, I read that subject line, and I knew. Thanks! Winning at a niche markets has been my sole focus for the last few years, and I've definitely made progress, but haven't gotten anywhere near where I want to be.

RE BACKTRACKING: So I've never heard of backtracking so plainly put, but it brings another question to mind "what are my customers reading / sharing?"... but this gets me thinking actually... I think with the amount of users I have and the ability to look up social media accounts these days, that question might be easier to answer than I think!

I feel like once I find out what blogs resonate, guest blogging sounds like a fabulous idea, especially after rereading your existing post about it!

Thanks again for filtering through all the entrepreneurial noise in the verse and distilling it something actionable. Love it.

Very informative post Alex. I loved your idea about using BuzzSumo to get an insight about the sharers of a particular post that targets similar audience as our business. I am sure it will come in handy for us at Engazify. Thanks a lot!
