Happy Monday! Here's my question: After having success with an internal corporate blog, I want to begin producing a public-facing blog about my questions and experiences around leadership in particular (and navigating business and life more generally). I'm thinking of beginning with something like my LinkedIn page.

Blogs can be written, audio and/or video. What are some criteria I could use to determine which medium would be best to use?

Thanks for your input.

I actually consider myself a pretty loyal customer to Groove, given that I've read all their blog articles, comment alot, am a paying customer, took their blog course, and always recommend their product.

The way I found out about Groove was my business partner at that time had read an article when they were first beginning their Startup Journey blog and thought I'd like it. She shared this with me, and the way it was narrated in the beginning seemed like a treasure trove every week.

Also Groove did nurture me by responding to a lot of my comments, featuring some in the Q&A, and even using one of my blog posts as an article. At a certain point I needed an FAQ system and a ticketing system, and when doing my research I didn't start with Groove, but when I found that they were in my top list, I didn't look back.

And that all started 3 years ago.. hah! Now that's a high-touch sale! Was it worth it for them? That's a question they'll have to answer!

@Alex, interesting, and makes sense.
What do you think about writing a piece outlaying the steps of your nurturing process?
And, how many touch points do you typically use before and after purchase? (i realize your product is an ongoing subscription, which surely requires post-purchase maintenance).

No questions, just wanted to comment and say that as a support representative its great to see companies that understand the value of building up customer relationships. A relationship isn't formed with the purchase of a product but the continued interaction and support throughout the life-cycle of the product. I am a huge fan of Groove's approach to customer service and support!!
