What is the biggest key that was missing from daily standups for you? Not sure I got what it was. Was it the zoom video conferencing?

We do daily morning standups as well and we face 2 challenges right now:
1. poor quality from google hangouts
2. team is getting big (15 people, we’re still able to keep it under 10-15min but it will grow)

Would love to hear more about how you organize those daily standups.

How do you cope with it?
We require each morning that people will only provide the rough agenda what they will do today.
