I have a great concept for an eCommerce site. I believe in it so much that I have hired a firm to develop the site for +$100k. It truly has to be custom built from the ground up. This site will take 4-5 months to build. My problem is I have no idea what to do from here. I have zero experience in ecommerce or anything tech related, I’ve never even been on Facebook. but I know it’s a winner and I’ll figure it out. My question to you is, being that I’m in desperate need for talent, what should I do from here? I would really appreciate any input.

I wanted to share that I also found Andy Stanley’s “What’s the wise thing to do,” helpful with making decisions. It’s in many formats but I enjoyed it via podcast.
