Alex,

Just wanted to say, the interview on Mixergy you posted - that was the second time one of your pieces of content had helped me make a pretty impactful decision for my company. We should all strive to do content as well as you guys.

Big ups & Hope you guys have an awesome year.

Here's a decision that i'm currently struggling with. I launched my company and still haven't established an LLC or C-Corp. Here's some things that I'm considering:

1. LLC is pass-through however, C-Corp would most likely operate at a loss for foreseeable future and if I wanted to pull cash out I could do it as a bonus and not dividend so there's no double taxation.

2. C-Corp has a federal cap gain exemption if you meet certain criteria. This is obviously huge for when we get acquired. If you establish as LLC first and then convert you cannot take advantage of this benefit.

3. C-Corp is more expensive to establish but provides benefits for raising money and creating option pool.

Would love to get your thoughts on this.

Alex, you humbly underestimate the *quality* of your blogs. I would argue that your open rates have gone up due to the depth of content and thoughtfulness you have provided to your readers.

Often I find myself reading blog posts that are years old when they are content rich and relevant. So, I would suggest that the frequency of posts is secondary to the quality of the posts. Maybe the working thesis should be to "post as often as you have something significant to say."

Consistency is absolutely #1, but beyond that for actual cadence I think this is something people need to be willing to just experiment on themselves. Have to do it to figure out what works specifically for your company and audience.

By the way... still waiting to see that MRR graphic updated, still on October's revenue :) I can't be the only one curious for an update!
