Also, if I may ask – what are your thoughts about inviting people to write a guest post on your own blog (B2C)? When’s the right time to ask? Any awesome ways You know how to approach and request?

On customer success…how do you balance when to ‘force’ users to use your software properly vs. being unrestrictive and letting them define own processes.

Thank you for sharing! I definitely felt like I needed an incredibly solid foundation on my own site before I would go after guest blogs. I guess I should stop looking at this as a “in-the-future strategy” and start guest blogging.

Thanks for sharing, Alex. Do you have any tips for finding guest blogging opportunities? Is there a tool out there that aggregates them? Are you reaching out to your favorite blogs and suggesting the idea? A combination of both?

Cannot agree more. For one of my product, I actually did guest blogging without having a blog myself. I just made sure that the articles were of actual value to the readers and that they educated them on best practices. These articles still drive a lot of traffic to my product today even if they were written years ago.
