Great compilation Alex!! I have a question about idea generation. I know that you started Groove because at your previous company you found at the available tools were too complex. Many SAAS business are started by scratching your own itch. On the other hand, some people suggest doing market research to identify real pains and provide a solution. What do you think about it? Rather than going after my own business ideas (and then struggling to find customers), how could I find hair-burning pains to solve? What are the online places where businesses share their frustrations with (non)existing solutions?
