Hi Alex! Thanks for your initiative !

I have some questions:

1) In Groove and with remote jobs, how are you dealing with promoting (either in the role or paycheck) your co-workers? I think that can be a problem since companies may not have a policy to raise salary because you don’t “actually seeing” people.

2-) Do you think holacracy can help remote workers? If so, how can we deal with my first question? 🙂

Hi Alex, what did your relationships look like with your beta testers? Did they have a commitment to give written feedback? If so was it on a schedule? Did you provide questions to be answered? At what time frame did they become paying clients?

After you get the first customer, then you can get the second customer in shorter time with the same method which you use in getting the first customer. If the internet marketing method that you use has been proven (include the content marketing), you can get a lot of new customers.

Hey Alex, you mention “by hustling, sending emails and picking up the phone”. Do you do pure cold calling, cold calling 2.0 ( a la your book rec predicable revenue ), or just warm? Obviously warmer the better, but if cold calling was your only option, would you do it? or would you hustle to make sure it’s at least tepid?

Is it ever going to be a good beach day here? Thanks for sharing the amount of time it takes to write a blog post. I often see the “experts” say it should only take a few hours to less than a day to write a blog post. Some blog post I write take a day, but most take longer than that. I spend a lot of time researching prior to writing and each post usually gets on major rewrite before going out. I spend a lot of time on each post trying to make it the best it can be. Your numbers validate my experience. So thanks!
