Great post Alex! I like that you put taking care of yourself in there too. In the very beginning you are the business. There’s literally nothing else to it and managing yourself and working in a sustainable way is super important, I’m painfully learning. managing motivation, self talk, balance etc. I feel like not much is written about that overall.

Don’t knock obsession too much – just a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated 😉

Culture, and a positive culture at that, is SO important. Not only because of the overall morale but more importantly because it is the very foundation of a company’s success and momentum. Thankfully there are many tools to foster such culture now…
