Hey Alex, it seems your gut-driven decisions have largely turned out well, or at the very least freed up time for other activities without hurting traffic enough for it to matter. That said, have there been times when those gut decisions haven’t paid off and/or have backfired a bit?

I feel like the next step in growing my company is to bring on coaches / advisors who have more domain knowledge than I and who have a network in my market. I’ve hustled in the Silicon Valley network and tried sites like Founder Dating and Clarity. However since I’m in a niche market, none of these individuals know anything about my market nor have the right connections and I feel like I’m getting good, but generic advice. Any way you recommend getting the right coaches & advisors?
