Hey Alex,

Great as usual.
I am launching my product by April. I am working on a little to no capital except my knowledge investments. I know its hard but I am not targeting big either.

I want to capture a small customer base as a pilot project and then based on the results I would like rapidly expand.

My Question:

1. Is my method right?
2. How do i capture my first 100 customers. I have already read your article on the same topic but would like to hear from you.
If you have the time, please suggest me some good ones as I have to make it somehow.

"Scratch your own itch" was what got me to start https://www.womplify.com. I was always facing the same issues whenever I started a new project and then having to hack together quick scripts to solve them. Took a lot of work (and a smarter person than me as co-founder) to build into something worthwhile but it's the dogs bollocks now, I reckon. ;)

Now I just need to get that procrastination thing resolved..

Hey, Alex.
Useful as always, thanks for the post! If I could add my two cents to the time management performance that have helped a lot is:
1) Write it down (preferably in a paper), what you HAVE to get done that day and what you SHOULD get done that day. That helps you focus and prioritize.
2) Schedule meetings during the less productive hours (like the end of the day, or right after lunch).
3) Watch this video about time management from google with excellent tips: http://bit.ly/timemanagmentgoogle
Hope it helps.

But before starting i want to be sure that the product worth it.

In a perfect situation its best to scratch your own itch but I can also be passionate about something with out it necessarily being an itch. Or maybe my itch may not really be a viable product or the market may be too small. Wouldn't it better for me instead look for a problem which may not really be an itch but there is a pain or hole in the market?
