The majority of companies look for coachable candidates. This produces robotic behaviors. A key concept to me is if you need sales help, why? What this tells me is that your current methods are not working. Who and how are you training? Having only one way to sell will only end in disaster. Being closed minded about sales and the hiring process will lead to bankruptcy!]]></description>
