Hi Alex, I have a question about changing prices and how to handle the complaints.

Right now I run a social club and I charge $10 per month in membership dues. In addition to the dues there are also other event related fees. Most of my members get a lot of value out of my events and are happy to pay. However, there is a small minority of members who attend events regularly, but are complaining about the dues to other members.

How do you suggest I deal with the vocal minority that could be shifting the opinions of the other members? One option I’m considering is increasing dues so the complainers leave the club. Is there another way to bring them back and make them happy customers?
