I'm a recent follower of yours and have been devouring your content from day one.
Eager to see what you guys come up with next

Great closing post, btw. Love it, and it ties a lot to the saying: "if you're given 1 hour to cut of a three, spend 40 minutes fine tuning/sharping the Axe"

Thank you Alex. I really appreciate your blog.
The most difficult thing I had to overcome in business is to get the most important feature for my customers and till date I am struggling with that since customers feedback maybe misleading.

Feedback. When our team was small and everyone worked with everyone else on an almost daily basis, norms and standards were easily transferred from veterans to new hires. Feedback happened frequently, and veterans knew new hires were learning how to be successful within our organization. As we’ve grown and while maintaining a limited management structure, those same norms and standards aren’t being transferred so easily. This is a problem of feedback, of ensuring that every veteran employee is moving the salt shaker at every opportunity to do so with new hires. The opportunities have become less frequent, so the importance of doing so has grown. (See here for "moving the salt shaker" reference: http://firstround.com/review/draw-the-owl-and-other-company-values-you-didnt-know-you-should-have/)

Alex, the blog has provided awesome practical advice for us to use and implement in our startup journey. Thank you!

The current growing pains & barriers in our business:

1. Scalable infrastructure - the lack of systems and structures to handle the complexities in communication and decisions that come with growth > $3m ARR
2. Leadership - the inability to staff enough leaders throughout the company who have the capabilities to delegate and predict as we scale past $200K MRR

Thanks for all your posts Alex. The "Startup Journey" and "Alex from Groove" are regularly parts of our team discussions. Your posts have been great and you've really done it right!

Our biggest challenge is determining the best growth strategy going forward. Do we continue to grow our company organically or do we attract a modest investment from Angels to allow us to capture customers at a faster rate (I'm not interested in a VC investment).
