We’ve devoted the last few weeks at Groove to improving what we feel is the most important aspect of Groove: your emails.
Recent improvements include tweaks to the multiple mailbox feature, better attachment control, & inserting comments from satisfaction ratings
We've rolled out little wins like status control on the submit button, UI tweaks, & keyboard shortcuts to make common replies more convenient
We’ve introduced a fancy new rich text editor, enhanced our forwarding functionality, and added some convenient keyboard shortcuts
We made reading tickets quicker, fixed a few edge cases with our Widget, and cleaned up whitespace in incoming emails.
We debugged a particular nasty change with Gmail, made our HTML parser even smarter, and squashed a number of annoying edge cases.
We fixed a couple issues that were slowing down working with attachments, strengthened Live Chat, and prepared to launch our beta environment
